In addition to Skultorps IF, 12 other teams played in Flickor 15-16. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Skultorps IF could be found in Group 1 together with Skövde KIK 1, Stuvsta IF Svart and Hörnebo SK.
Skultorps IF made it to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Skepplanda BTK/LNIK with 4-6. Thereby Skultorps IF finished second in F15-16 A-slutspel during Skadevi Cup 2019. Skultorps IF also participated in Flickor 14-15 during Skadevi Cup 2018.
