In addition to the two Skövde AIK teams, 17 other teams played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Skövde AIK 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Stenungsunds IF SIF, Kållered SK and Waggeryds IK.

Skövde AIK 1 made it to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Stenungsunds IF SIF with 0-2. Thereby Skövde AIK 1 finished second in P16-17 A-slutspel during Skadevi Cup 2022.
