In addition to Nesodden IF, 18 other teams played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Nesodden IF could be found in Group 3 together with Eds FF, IFK Tidaholm/Ekedalens SK, Torslanda IK and Ulvåkers IF.

Nesodden IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Trollhättans FK with 1-2. In the Final, Ekhagens IF won over Kållered SK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16-17.
