Trollhättan BoIS was one of 144 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Pojkar 13.

Trollhättan BoIS continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Mjölby AI with 0-2. In the Final, Mjölby AI won over Majorna FC (-Ösets BK) and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
