In addition to Våmbs IF, 11 other teams played in Flickor 15-16. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Våmbs IF could be found in Group 1 together with IF Hallby Blå, Toarpsalliansen and KIF Örebro DFF.

Våmbs IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Jönköpings Södra IF with 1-2. In the Final, IF Hallby Blå won over Jönköpings Södra IF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15-16.
