Våmbs IF was one of 135 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2023. They participated with 5 teams in Pojkar 13, Pojkar 14, Pojkar 16-17 and Flickor 13 respectively. The team in Pojkar 16-17 made it to the the Semi final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Kållered SK by 4-5.
In addition to this, Våmbs IF have participated in Skadevi Cup before. During Skadevi Cup 2022, Våmbs had 5 teams playing in Pojkar 12, Pojkar 13, Pojkar 15, Pojkar 16-17 and Flickor 15-16 respectively. Two teams played until Semi final in B-Slutspel; Pojkar 15 lost against Täby FK by 2-5 and Pojkar 16-17 lost against Ekhagens IF by 2-4. Våmbs originates from Skövde, which is the same city as where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Skövde does also provide 24 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2023 (Among others: Skultorps IF, IFK Skövde Fotboll, Tibro AIK, Skövde KIK, Mariestads BK, Hörnebo SK, Vartofta SK, Ulvåkers IF, IFK Hjo and Tibro AIK FK).
