Vara SK was one of 135 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Pojkar 15.

In addition to Vara SK, 26 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Vara SK could be found in Group 2 together with Skövde AIK Vit, Hammarby IF FF and Qviding FIF Vinröd.

Vara SK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IK Kongahälla/Kareby with 1-2. In the Final, IK Kongahälla/Kareby won over Lerums IS 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 15.

Vara SK comes from Vara which lies approximately 54 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Vara does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2023 (Among others: Råda BK, Halvorstorp IS, Trollhättans FK, Saleby/Trässberg/NHärene, STN Alliansen, Halvorstorps IS, Skara FC, Trollhättans FK/Halvorstorps IS, STN U-allians and Falköpings KIK).
