IK Kongahälla/Kareby was one of 135 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Pojkar 15.

They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IK Kongahälla/Kareby could be found in Group 4 together with Tibro AIK FK, Lerums IS 2, IFK Hjo and Vardal IF.
