In addition to the two Torslanda teams, 56 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Torslanda IK Svart could be found in Group 6 together with IFK Skövde Fotboll 3, Emmaboda kombination and Tibro AIK Vit.

Torslanda IK Svart continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Mariestad with 1-3. In the Final, Kungsbacka IF Blå won over IFK Mariestad and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
