In addition to Skultorps IF, 57 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Skultorps IF could be found in Group 2 together with Stenungsunds IF, Nesodden IF Hvit and Björndammens BK.

Skultorps IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kungsbacka IF Blå with 1-7. In the Final, Kungsbacka IF Blå won over IFK Mariestad and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
