In addition to Mariestads Bois FF, 14 other teams played in Flickor 15-16. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Mariestads Bois FF could be found in Group 2 together with Trollhättans FK/Halvorstorps IS, Eksjö Fotboll, Hörnebo SK and IF Lödde.

Mariestads Bois FF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against STN Alliansen with 1-2. In the Final, STN Alliansen won over IF Väster and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15-16.
