IK Kongahälla was one of 135 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Pojkar 14.

In addition to IK Kongahälla, 54 other teams played in Pojkar 14. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof IK Kongahälla could be found in Group 8 together with IFK Hjo, IFK Mariestad Blå and Hertzöga BK Gul.

IK Kongahälla continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Timmele GoIF Timmele/Hössna with 5-6. In the Final, Saleby/Trässberg/NHärene won over Eskilstuna City FK Blå and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 14.

Kongahälla comes from Kungälv which lies approximately 130 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Kungälv does also provide 21 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2023 (Among others: Qviding FIF, Älvsborg FF, Floda BoIF, Nödinge SK, BK Häcken, Hemsjö IF, IK Kongahälla/Kareby, Stenungsunds IF, Masthuggets BK and IF Väster).
