In addition to IFK Mariestad, 26 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Mariestad could be found in Group 6 together with Täby FK Blå, Jönköpings Södra and Lerums IS 1.
IFK Mariestad made it to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against KB Karlskoga FF, which they won with 3-0. Thereby IFK Mariestad won the entire A-slutspel in Pojkar 15 during Skadevi Cup 2023. IFK Mariestad also participated in Pojkar 14 during Skadevi Cup 2022.
