In addition to the two Lidköpings FK teams, 17 other teams played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Lidköpings FK 06/07 could be found in Group 3 together with Nesodden IF, IK Tun P08/06, Ulvåkers IF and IFK Skövde Fotboll 2.

Lidköpings FK 06/07 continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Masthuggets BK with 0-1. In the Final, Skövde AIK P17 won over Masthuggets BK and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 16-17.
