In addition to Nättraby GoIF, 26 other teams played in Flickor 14. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Nättraby GoIF could be found in Group 6 together with Ulvåkers IF, Hörnebo SK, Skövde KIK Svart and Säffle SK.

Nättraby GoIF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Falköpings KIK with 1-2. In the Final, Falköpings KIK won over Ulvåkers IF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 14.
