In addition to the two Hönö IS teams, 56 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Hönö IS Röd could be found in Group 3 together with Skövde AIK Röd, Kungsbacka IF Vit and Torslanda IK Röd.

Hönö IS Röd continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Danderyds SK Vit with 0-3. In the Final, Kungsbacka IF Blå won over IFK Mariestad and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
