In addition to the two Hönö IS teams, 56 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Hönö IS Svart could be found in Group 14 together with Vardal IF Påhengsmotors, Säffle SK, Tibro AIK Gul and Skövde AIK Vitröd.

Hönö IS Svart continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kållered SK Blå with 5-7. In the Final, Kungsbacka IF Blå won over IFK Mariestad and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
