In addition to Herrestads AIF, 18 other teams played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Herrestads AIF could be found in Group 1 together with Masthuggets BK, Bagarmossen Kärrtorp BK and IFK Skövde Fotboll 1.

Herrestads AIF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kållered SK with 1-4. In the Final, Skövde AIK P16 won over Kållered SK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16-17.
