In addition to the two Skövde AIK teams, 16 other teams played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Skövde AIK P17 could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Skövde Fotboll 1, Lommedalen IL P16 and Tidaholms GIF P16.
Skövde AIK P17 continued to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Mariestad with 0-3. In the Final, IFK Mariestad won over Skara FC and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 16-17. Skövde AIK also participated in Pojkar 16-17 during Skadevi Cup 2023.
