They participated with 7 teams in Pojkar 13, Flickor 13, Flickor 14 and Pojkar 15 respectively. Three teams played until Final in A-slutspel; Flickor 14 Vit won over Mantorps FF by 4-2, Pojkar 13 2 lost against Emmaboda Kombination by 0-1 and Pojkar 13 3 lost against Skövde AIK Vit by 0-1. In addition to this, Lerums IS have participated in Skadevi Cup before. During Skadevi Cup 2023, Lerums IS had three teams playing in Pojkar 15 and Flickor 15-16 respectively. The team in Flickor 15-16 made it to the the Final in A-slutspeland won it over Trollhättans FK/Halvorstorps IS by 3-0. Lerums IS comes from Lerum which lies approximately 120 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place.
