In addition to Tölö IF, 21 other teams played in Flickor 15-16. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Tölö IF could be found in Group 2 together with Skövde KIK 2, Jönköping Södra and Mölnlycke IF.

Tölö IF continued to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Zenith Grön with 0-2. In the Final, Onsala BK won over Utsikten BK and became the winner of A-slutspel in Flickor 15-16.
