In addition to the two IFK Örby teams, 32 other teams played in Flickor 14. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK Örby 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Mantorps FF, Stångenäs AIS and Skövde KIK Svart.

IFK Örby 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vetlanda FF F10/11 with 2-3. In the Final, Skultorps IF won over IF Eksjö fotboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 14.
