In addition to Kungsbacka IF, 21 other teams played in Flickor 15-16. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Kungsbacka IF could be found in Group 5 together with Skövde KIK 3, Lysekils AIK, Lekstorps IF Lekstops IF and Utsikten BK.

Kungsbacka IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ulvåkers IF F15 with 0-3. In the Final, Ulvåkers IF F15 won over Lysekils AIK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15-16.
