In addition to Sils IF, 33 other teams played in Flickor 14. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Sils IF could be found in Group 7 together with IFK Värsås, Mosjö SK MSK, IK Rössö 2 Vit and Hovshaga AIF.

Sils IF continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Mantorps FF with 1-2. In the Final, Lerums IS Vit won over Mantorps FF and became the winner of A-slutspel in Flickor 14.
