Melbourne City Football School U11's made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Meadow Park Eagles SC Yellow, which they won with 7-0. Thereby Melbourne City Football School U11's won the entire Playoff A in Boys U11 Copa 9v9 (born 2010) during Casey Cup 2021.
