Onsala IBK was one of 15 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Höstspelen 2021. The team in Pojkar 15 (födda 2006) made it to the the Semi final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Warberg IBF Mörkblå by 3-4.
In addition to this, Onsala IBK have participated in Höstspelen before. During Höstspelen 2020, Onsala IBK had one team playing in Pojkar 14 (födda 2006). Onsala IBK comes from ONSALA which lies approximately 36 km from Varberg, where Höstspelen takes place.
