In addition to the three AIK teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2003 C2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof AIK Handbollsförening 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Borlänge HK 1, Täby HBK Sthlm 1, H43 Lund, IK Lågan Hörby, Eslövs IK 3, Växjö HF 2, LVHK Lödde 3, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 5 and Vinslövs HK 2.

AIK Handbollsförening 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Älta IF Stockholm 2 with 9-11. In the Final, Kristianstad HK 3 won over IFK Malmö HF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 C2.
