Silver medal! Reached second place in A-Slutspel

In addition to the 5 Alingsås teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 5 could be found in Group 7 together with Vetlanda HF 2, Rimbo HK Roslagen, IFK Kristianstad 4, HK Malmö, Halmstad Handboll 1, Kävlinge HK 2, Åhus Handboll 2, Årsta AIK Stockholm and H43 Lund 3.

Alingsås HK 5 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm with 9-12. Thereby Alingsås HK 5 finished second in P04 A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
