In addition to Sorunda IF Sthlm, 59 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 C2. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Sorunda IF Sthlm could be found in Group 3 together with Tollarps IF 1, Ronneby HK 2, Kävlinge HK 2, Näsby Handboll 2, Åhus Handboll 2, Västerås Irsta HF 1, Bjärnums HK, LUGI HF 1 and HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1.

Sorunda IF Sthlm continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 10-11. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over H43 Lund 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 C2.
