In addition to HK Aranäs Kungsbacka, 41 other teams played in Flickor 1999 A2. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof HK Aranäs Kungsbacka could be found in Group 3 together with Dalhems IF Malmö, H 78 Sölvesborg, HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm, Sorunda IF Sthlm, Ystads IF HF, LUGI HF 2, Hässleholms HF 2, IFK Tumba Sthlm 3 and Lugi HF 5.
HK Aranäs Kungsbacka continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IF Guif Eskilstuna with 10-13.
