Kungälvs HK F03

In addition to Kungälvs HK, 89 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Kungälvs HK could be found in Group 7 together with Älta IF Stockholm 2, IFK Bankeryd 2, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2, Kävlinge HK, Borlänge HK 3, Rimbo HK Roslagen, LVHK Lödde 3, Kristianstad HK 5 and H43 Lund.

Kungälvs HK continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Eslövs IK 5 with 4-5. In the Final, Eslövs IK 5 won over Torslanda HK Göteborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.
