Falköpings AIK HK F03 1

In addition to the two Falköpings AIK teams, 88 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Falköpings AIK HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Sollentuna HK, Halmstad Handboll 2, IK Lågan Hörby, Gökstens BK Torshälla 2, IFK Malmö HF 2, Eslövs IK 4, Åhus Handboll 4, HK Hök Laholm and Kristianstad HK 1.

Falköpings AIK HK 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against AIK Handbollsförening 2 with 6-7. In the Final, Eslövs IK 5 won over Torslanda HK Göteborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.
