In addition to the two Kärra Göteborg teams, 74 other teams played in Flickor 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kärra HF Göteborg 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Borlänge HK 5, Karlshamns HF, H43 Lund 1, Hammarby IF Sthlm, IFK Tumba Sthlm IFK Tumba HK Blå, IFK Hammarö 2, IFK Kristianstad 2, IK Lågan Hörby 2 and H 65 Höör 1.
Kärra HF Göteborg 2 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Staffanstorps HK 2, which they won with 12-10. Thereby Kärra HF Göteborg 2 won the entire A-Slutspel in Flickor 2002 B2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. Kärra HF Göteborg also participated in Flickor 2002 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
