In addition to the two Bolton Sthlm teams, 76 other teams played in Pojkar 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Bolton Sthlm 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Halmstad Handboll Lallare, HK Ankaret Bjärred Lag 3, Norrköpings HK 2, Älmhult Handboll, H43 Lund 6, IFK Kristianstad 5, Önnereds HK Gbg 1, Ystads IF HF 5 and IK Lågan Hörby.

IK Bolton Sthlm 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd with 9-10. In the Final, HK Ankaret Bjärred Lag 1 won over HK Eklöven and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2002 B2.
