Lokomotiv Gunnesbo MKH

Lokomotiv Gunnesbo was one of 284 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.

In addition to Lokomotiv Gunnesbo, 59 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Lokomotiv Gunnesbo could be found in Group 6 together with Sommarpågarna, Markaryd HK Old Star, Brazzers Finest and IFK Gentlemen 1.

Lokomotiv Gunnesbo continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Sandy Balls with 7-12. In the Final, Utvecklingsklassen won over Genföreningen and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar.

Lokomotiv Gunnesbo comes from Lund which lies approximately 76 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Lund does also provide 83 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017 (Among others: Lundagårds Mammor, IF Malmö Redhawks, Stiffes änglar, Second Generations of Tonårsmammorna, SuperDABs, CHIQUITAS BONITAS, Lemon-Lime, Kastberga åkeri, Botulfsplatsens BK and Ekes Lamm).
