In addition to Rimbo HK Roslagen, 27 other teams played in Damer Junior 97-99. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Rimbo HK Roslagen could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Kristianstad 2, Uppsala HK 3, HK Eskil Eskilstuna 2, Hisingens HK, Alingsås HK 2, Trelleborg HBK 1, LVHK Lödde Vikings, H43 Lund 1 and IF Hellton.

Rimbo HK Roslagen continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against H 65 Höör 1 with 4-6. In the Final, Uppsala HK 1 won over Eslövs IK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Damer Junior 97-99.
