Skara HK was one of 284 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They participated with one team in Pojkar 2004 C2.

In addition to Skara HK, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Skara HK could be found in Group 7 together with HK Eklöven 2, Halmstad Handboll VIT 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, IFK Tumba Sthlm, HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm, Staffanstorps HK, HK Malmö, Åhus Handboll 1 and Tollarps IF.

Skara HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Kungsbacka with 4-9. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C2.

Skara HK also participated in Pojkar 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P04 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Vetlanda HF 1 with 7-8.

Skara comes from Skara which lies approximately 280 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Skara does also provide five additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017 (Skara HF, CCfkp, bäst före, Simons Fjun and Falköpings AIK HK).
