In addition to Skuru IK, 49 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Skuru IK could be found in Group 2 together with Ystads IF HF 2, IFK Malmö HF IFK MALMÖ, Alingsås HK 3, Lödde Vikings HK 2, Lugi HF 1, IFK Bankeryd 1, IFK Tumba HK 1, Åhus Handboll 2 and Huddinge HK 1.

Skuru IK made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Staffanstorps HK, which they won with 13-11. Thereby Skuru IK won the entire A-Slutspel in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.
