In addition to the two Falu teams, 86 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Falu HK 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Falköpings AIK HK, Uppsala HK, Eslövs IK 4, IFK Kristianstad 1, Ystads IF HF, Skuru IK 2, Kärra HF 3, Halmstad Handboll 4 and Lödde Vikings HK 3.

Falu HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Spånga HK 2 with 9-11. In the Final, GW Landskrona HK won over Spånga HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Falu HK also participated in Flickor 2003 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against AIK Handbollsförening 3 with 9-11.
