In addition to the two GF Kroppskultur teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof GF Kroppskultur Grön could be found in Group 6 together with IFK Kristianstad 5, Lugi HF 2, Alingsås HK 3, Halmstad Handboll 1, Uppsala HK 2, Växjö HF 2, IFK Tumba HK 2, IFK Malmö HF 2 and Ystads IF HF 1.

GF Kroppskultur Grön made it to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 6. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Eskilstuna Guif IF 3, which they won with 12-8. Thereby GF Kroppskultur Grön won the entire C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.
