In addition to IK Lågan Hörby, 77 other teams played in Pojkar 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby could be found in Group 7 together with H43 Lund HF 1, Eskilstuna Guif IF, Hultsfreds HF, Halmstad Handboll 1, Önnereds HK 2, HK Silwing/Troja, IFK Bankeryd 2 and Ystads IF HF 2.

IK Lågan Hörby continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK with 9-10. In the Final, Eskilstuna Guif IF won over Vinslövs HK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Pojkar 2004 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They won A-Slutspel, after beating HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm in the final with 14-13.
