In addition to Önnereds HK, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Önnereds HK could be found in Group 2 together with Borlänge HK, Halmstad Handboll IES, IFK Kristianstad 4, Ystads IF HF 2, Vinslövs HK, H43 Lund HF 1, Kungsängens SK 1, Växjö HF 1 and Uppsala HK 1.
Önnereds HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Uppsala HK 2 with 12-13. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 2 won over Alingsås HK 5 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003. 11 games playedGoals |
