In addition to Staffanstorps HK, 49 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps HK could be found in Group 5 together with Vetlanda HF 1, Vinslövs HK, H43 Lund HF 3, HK Silwing/Troja, Gökstens BK Göksten BK 2, Huddinge HK 2, Kävlinge HK, Kristianstad HK 2 and Tollarps IF.
Staffanstorps HK made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Skuru IK with 11-13. Thereby Staffanstorps HK finished second in F07 A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. Staffanstorps HK also participated in Flickor 2007 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017.
