In addition to the two Eklöven teams, 76 other teams played in Pojkar 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof HK Eklöven 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Åhus Handboll 4, Kungsängens SK, Halmstad Handboll 2, Alingsås HK 1, Eslövs HF, Gubbängen/Tallen IK 1, Tomelilla IF 1, Växjö HF 2 and HK Aranäs 2.

HK Eklöven 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 2 with 12-13. In the Final, Eskilstuna Guif IF won over Vinslövs HK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004.

HK Eklöven also participated in Pojkar 2004 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in P04 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Karlskrona Handboll 1 with 8-9.
