In addition to the two Kävlinge teams, 58 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll 1, Hammarby IF HF, HK Hök, Åhus Handboll 4, Höörs HK H 65, IK Sävehof, Ystads IF HF 2, Vinslövs HK 2 and Tollarps IF 1.

Kävlinge HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Tollarps IF 2 with 8-11. In the Final, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb won over OV Helsingborg HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.
