Köbenhavn HB was one of five clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. They participated with two teams in Elit Dam. The team in Elit Dam made it to the the Final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Köbenhavn HB 1 by 8-12.
In addition to this, Köbenhavn HB have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018, Köbenhavn HB had two teams playing in Elit Dam. The team in Elit Dam made it to the the Final in A-Slutspeland won it over Höörs HK H 65 by 10-7.
