In addition to Falu HK, 79 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Falu HK could be found in Group 7 together with IFK Bankeryd Rosa, Önnereds HK Svart, Vinslövs HK 1, Staffanstorps HK, IFK Malmö HF, Haninge HK, Alingsås HK 2, IFK Tumba HK and Kävlinge HK.

Falu HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Guld with 8-10. In the Final, GF Kroppskultur won over Ronneby HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Falu HK also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Vetlanda HF 1 with 3-6.
