In addition to IK Lågan Hörby, 74 other teams played in Pojkar 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby could be found in Group 5 together with IK Bolton 2, IFK Bankeryd Blå, H43 Lund HF 1, IFK Kristianstad 2, Redbergslids IK 1, IF Malmö Redhawks, Huddinge HK 2 and Halmstad Handboll 3.

IK Lågan Hörby continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK with 8-12. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 3 won over H43 Lund HF 4 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Pojkar 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the Semi final in P04 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK with 9-10.
