In addition to the three Kärra teams, 59 other teams played in Flickor 2002. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kärra HF 1 could be found in Group 7 together with IFK Bankeryd, Lugi HF 2, Borlänge HK 4, Uppsala HK, Tyresö Handboll 2, Kristianstad HK 2, Staffanstorps HK and Hammarby IF HF Gröna.

Kärra HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 13-14. In the Final, Eslövs IK won over Alingsås HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2002.

Kärra HF also participated in Flickor 2002 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the Semi final in F02 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK with 8-11.
