In addition to the two Huddinge teams, 72 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK Kings could be found in Group 5 together with HK Aranäs Svart, IFK Kristianstad 1, Vinslövs HK 1, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Eslövs HF 2, Tollarps IF 1, Halmstad Handboll 2 and Ystads IF HF 3.

Huddinge HK Kings continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Uppsala HK 3 with 5-12. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over Tyresö Handboll and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Huddinge HK also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P07 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll 2 with 4-5.
